Tarps

When Marc Bohman first entered the hammock scene he was looking for high-quality gear. Gear that kept him dry in the spring, winter and fall as Idaho has extreme, unpredictable weather anytime of the year. He was looking for tarps with full coverage because our weather happens "sideways", sturdy reinforcements that could withstand our strong Idaho winds, durable fabric that was soft and comfortable at the same time. Not finding anything in the market that met his requirements, he went to work to create it for himself. 

When others crawled frozen out of their tents and inadequate hammocks and saw Marc waking rested from a great, warm night's sleep, they naturally wanted his hammock sleep system as well. This is how Teton Hammock Company came to be.
